Personalized Assessment Services

Comprehensive personalized assessments tailored to individuals with disabilities, focusing on mental health and autism are available. 

These assessments can be conducted through Zoom or face-to-face interactions.  Dr. Smith will complete an evaluation or interview using an identified Syracuse Testing instrument, and if needed, provide a written and/or verbal report. 

For Agencies

For agencies, after the interview, a verbal report will be available for $250. Should you require a detailed written report, the total cost would be $375.  Two hours will be allocated for the interview and one hour for the verbal report, additional time will be billed at $125 per hour. An evaluation, written report, and verbal report will be available for $550. 

For Parents

Similarly, for parents or individual referrals, the same pricing structure applies: a verbal report post-interview at $150, and a written report available at a cumulative cost of $250.

Should there be a need for further follow-up conversations or consultations post-assessment, I am available at a rate of $65 per hour. This ensures that any queries or concerns can be addressed comprehensively, guaranteeing a holistic understanding and utilization of the assessment results.

*Travel expenses will be applicable for face-to-face evaluations.
