Public Schools

Syracuse Testing welcomes purchase orders from public school districts within the U.S. and Canada.  The PO must have an accompanying credit card or promissory note. When ordering, indicate “T. Scott Smith, Ph.D.” as the vendor.  Attach your purchase order to our order form, or forward your purchase order by emailing it to customerservice@syracusetesting.com 

Private Institutions or Businesses 

We can process POs from private institutions or businesses. Any PO from a private institution or business must have an accompanying credit card. Promissory notes are not accepted from institutions or businesses. Upon receipt, we guarantee processing within 24 hours, and you will automatically receive an acknowledgment.  

A completed W9 form is accessible for vendor details.  Please email to receive.

U.S. and Canada

The majority of orders are delivered within a span of 7-14 business days post receipt. For items unavailable in stock or bulk orders needing pallet shipping, additional time might be required. It's possible that combined items might be delivered separately.

International Shipping Notes

Orders might incur extra charges like customs and import duties based on the country of destination. Such fees are the customer's responsibility. Syracuse Publishing cannot pre-determine these charges. Prior to ordering, consulting your local customs or tax office is advisable. For any shipments that are unclaimed or declined and returned to us, the item's purchase cost will be refunded, excluding any associated fees. If such a shipment doesn't return, no refund will be made. 

The estimated transit period is 10-14 business days post-order processing. For queries on this policy or further information on shipping alternatives, reach out to customerservice@syracusetesting.com. 

Priority Shipping

For expedited delivery options such as overnight, two-day, or three-day shipping in certain locations, please call 337-501-2104 or email us. Include an additional business day for processing. Typically, Priority Shipping will reflect 10% of pre-taxed costs.

Typical Shipping Methods & Tax Information   

Shipping costs and applicable taxes are determined by the delivery address. For addresses within the continental U.S. and Canada, we employ UPS Ground (exceptions being Alaska and Hawaii, which might use UPS or USPS). UPS mandates a proper street address and cannot ship to PO Boxes. Outside the U.S. (excluding Canada), USPS is used. The typical transit time is up to 7 business days after processing your order.  For California addresses, sales tax is applicable.

Syracuse testing strives to offer high-quality educational materials. If you find the product unsatisfactory, returns (subject to approval) are accepted within a 30-day window. Submit a request for returns through email prior to shipping any returns. Returns are restricted to damaged materials only.

Ensure the product is returned in its original state, with packaging, envelopes, and shrink-wrap untouched. If shrink-wrap is removed, returns will not be accepted on these items; however, residual or other items that remain shrink-wrapped will be accepted. 

During a return, the product's purchase price gets refunded, minus the shipping fees. If reduced or no shipping costs were incurred initially, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please send packages through UPS or USPO. Mark “RETURN” in the initial byline of the shipping address.
